We encourage self-selected books but also recommend books to challenge their skills and reading stamina.
Kindergarten and First Grade check out one book.
Second, third, fourth, and fifth grades are allowed two books at a time.
Students may visit the library as individuals, small groups, or whole classes, once a week or every other week.
It is parent and teacher discretion whether the books travel to and from school. By attending a GCPS school, you are responsible for any books checked out.
Lost or Damaged Books - $5 paper back, $15 all other books per county standard.
Payments are made through My Payments Plus.
If a student has multiple fines, he/she may be asked to keep the book at school.
